等于do one’s best，后跟to do形式。one’s要隨主語的變化而改變。

時間段＋ago
表示“一段時間以前”，常用于一般過去時。

before＋時間點
表示“在某具體的時間之前”，可用于一般現在時/一般過去時/一般將來時等時態。
He often gets to school before 7 o’clock.他經常在七點之前到校。
She was a nurse before 2010.

important/ɪm'pɔːtənt/adj.重要的
important為多音節單詞，比較級為more important，最高級為the most important。相似的詞有beautiful, colourful, delicious等。
