老鼠爸爸沖著貓大聲吼叫……
shout作動詞，意為“呼叫，喊叫”
e.g. There’s no need to shout!
shout at sb.多指因為生氣等而非善意地對某人吼叫。
e.g. I wish you’d stop shouting at the children.
shout to sb.多指因距離遠，為了讓對方聽到而不得不大聲叫喊，不帶生氣等感情因素。
e.g. He shouted to me to throw down the rope.
2. …that’s why it’s important to learn a second language.
這就是為什么學習外語重要啦。
“It’s + 形容詞 + (for sb.) + to do sth.”意為“做某事（對某人而言）是……的”，it是形式主語，不定式短語to do sth.是真正的主語。
