the minute在此引導時間狀語從句，意為“一……就……”，相當于as soon as。
他一到那里，我就告訴他。
I’ll tell him the minute he gets there.
2. I’m just as tired as you are!
as ... as 意為 “和……一樣” ，表示同級的比較。使用時要注意第一個as為副詞，第二個as為連詞。其基本結構為：as + adj./ adv. + as。
如：This film is as interesting as that one.
這部電影和那部電影一樣有趣。
Your pen writes as smoothly as mine.
你的鋼筆書寫起來和我的一樣流暢。
3.For one week, she did not do any housework and neither did I.
“neither+助動詞/系動詞/情態動詞+主語”表示上句
否定的情況也適合于后者。
他們昨天沒有看電視。我也沒看。
—They didn’t watch TV yesterday.
—Me neither./ Neither did I.
情態動詞could的用法
情態動詞could構成的句型用于向對方委婉地提出請求或征求對方的許可。用于疑問句中，可代替can，在時間上與can沒有區別，但語氣要比can委婉、有禮貌。其答語沒有固定的形式，但要符合上下文的語境。
