（1）when is+名詞所有格+birthday party?用來詢問某人的生日聚會是什么時候。Sally's為名詞的所有格。名詞所有格表示“某人的”，其構成規律為：
①一般在名詞詞尾直接加“'s”。
如：Li Ming's book李明的書
②若原詞已有復數詞尾-s,則只是在詞尾加 ’。
如：boys' clothes男孩們的衣服
③表示共同擁有時，只在最后一個名詞后加“'s”;表示各自擁有時，每個名詞后都加“'s”,被擁有的名詞是可數名詞時，用其復數形式。
如：Jim and Tom's teacher吉姆和湯姆的老師（共同的，一個老師）
Jim's and Tom's teachers吉姆和湯姆各自的老師（各自的，兩個老師）
（2）party n.意為“聚會，晚會”。
常用短語：at the party在生日聚會上 have a party舉行聚會
