dead, die 和 death 的用法區別
①dead adj. 死的、無生命的
在句子中可作表語, 表示狀態。
be dead可以和表示時間段的狀語連用。
The tree has been dead for ten years.
這棵樹死了有十年了。 The animals are all dead.
這些動物都是死的。
②die v. 死、死亡
是一個瞬間動詞, 不能和表示時間段的狀語連用。
My grandpa died two years ago.
我爺爺兩年前去世了。 The young trees died a few days ago.
這些小樹幾天前死了。
③death n. 死, 死亡
The memorial hall was built one year after his death. 他死后一年，紀念館建成了。 His death is a great loss to us.
