第一部分內容：技法指導
建議信的目的是向收信人就某事提出自己的建議或忠告。有可能是寫給個人，就收信人遇到的某個問題提出自己的看法和觀點；也可能是寫給某個組織或機構，就改進其服務等方面提出建議忠告。
提出建議時，多用祈使句，時態以一般現在時為主，人稱多用第二人稱。
[謀篇布局]
建議信的格式和普通信件一樣，通常包括以下幾個部分：信頭、稱呼、正文、結束語和簽名。因為本寫作任務開頭和結尾已給出，所以我們只需要寫出正文部分即可。
建議信的正文部分分為三部分：
第一部分：引出話題；
第二部分：提出建議；
第三部分：表達祝愿。

1．建議信開頭常用句式：
①I know you are now having trouble communicating with others, and you may often feel lonely.
我知道你現在在與人交流方面有些麻煩，你也可能經常感到孤獨。
②I'm glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on...
很高興收到你就……征求建議的來信。
③Here are some tips/a few suggestions to help you.
這里有一些建議可以幫到你。
④I think you can make it if you follow the advice below.
如果你聽從以下建議，我認為你會做到的。
2．表達建議常用句式：
①First(ly), why not join a club? If you do this, you can make friends.
首先，為什么不參加一個俱樂部？如果你這樣做的話，就會交到朋友。
②Second(ly), you should/can try to talk with others. Then/That way， you will feel better.
其次，你應該盡力與他人交談。這樣，你會感覺好點。
③Third(ly), it would be a good idea if you read a book or listen to music. By doing this, you will calm yourself down.
第三，看書或聽音樂是個不錯的主意。通過這樣做，你會使自己平靜下來。

第一步：明確要求
該寫作屬于應用文類的書信，故要用第一人稱來寫；信的主要內容是寫建議，根據題意，首先明確書信雙方的身份，自己為報社編輯，對方是尋求建議的小冬，主題是關于交友中遇到的困難。需要給對方提出下一步的意見和建議，故用一般將來時，同時兼顧書信的特點，會用到表達愿望的情態動詞。
第二步：確定段落
本篇作文可以從以下幾個方面入手：
Para. 1 首先要陳述自己的關心
Para. 2 指出問題產生的原因，并提出建議
Para. 3 表達自己的希望與祝福
