think of 想起，考慮
think of為動介結構，表示“看法、評價”時，常用一些副詞來修飾，如“think much/a lot/highly/well of...”，表示“對……評價高/好”。
eg：His boss thinks highly of him.
他的老板對他評價很高。
若問“對……評價如何，覺得……怎樣”，
常用“What...think of...？”。
eg：What do you think of his suggestion?
你覺得他的建議怎么樣？
think of后接名詞、代詞或動名詞作賓語。
eg：He's thinking of studying abroad.
他正考慮出國學習。
知識點2
not only...but also...不但……而且……
not only...but also...用于連接兩個表示并列關系的成分，著重強調后者，其中的also有時可以省略。
eg：She can not only play the piano but write the music.
她不僅會彈鋼琴，而且還會作曲。
若連接的兩個成分都作主語，其謂語通常與最近的主語在單復數上保持一致，即就近原則。
eg：Not only you but also he has to leave.
不僅是你，他也得離開。
Not only the students but also the teacher ________ holidays.
A．like B．likes C．liking D．is liking
【點撥】此題用主謂一致法。not only...but also...連接的并列主語，應采用就近一致的原則，即此題謂語與the teacher在單復數上保持一致，故選B。
英語中還有一些詞或短語采用就近原則，如：or；either...or...；neither...nor...；not...but...;whether...or...；there be等。
eg：What he does or what he says does not concern me.
他的行為和言談都與我無關。
Neither you nor I am wrong.
你和我都沒錯。
Not you but your father is to blame.
不是你，而是你父親該受責備。
