What a great day!是由what引導的感嘆句。
What 意為“多么;真;太”，用作定語，修飾名詞。
此處句式結構為:What+a/an+形容詞+可數名詞單數形式(+主語+謂語）!，口語中�？梢允÷灾髡Z和謂語。

⑴ wonder作動此處意為“想知道; 想弄明白”，相當于 want to know。

⑵I wonder whether…意為“我想知道是否…”,相當于I wonder if 是一個請求允許的交際用語，詢問對方是否允許自己做某事。

If :“是否”, 引導賓語從句。一般不與or (not)連用。也可引導狀語從句，意為“如果”
