Language points
1. He is in pain.他很疼。
in pain的意思是“處在疼痛之中”。如：
Are you still in pain?
你還疼嗎？
2. But he could have trouble hearing you or speaking to you.但是他有可能無法聽到你或者和你說話。
句中的could表示推測。如：
You could be right.
你可能是對的。
have trouble doing sth./have trouble with sth
的意思是“做…有困難”。
如：
We have trouble speaking English.
我們說英語有困難。
We have trouble with spoken English.
我們口語有困難。

情態動詞must, can, could表示推測
我們學習過情態動詞can和could表示“能夠”，表示對現在或將來的推測，意為“會，可能”，往往用于否定句和疑問句。用于疑問句時，can比could表示的“可能性”要大；用于否定句時，cannot (can’t) 表示“不可能”。如：
You can’t be serious!
你不是認真的吧！
could則可用于肯定句、否定句和疑問句。在以下例句中，can和could均表示可能：
He could be in pain.他可能很疼。
That could be harmful!那可能有害！

祈使句
一、定義：
祈使句表達說話人對對方的叮囑、勸告、希望、禁止、建議、請求或命令等。
二、祈使句的特征：
以動詞原形開頭，無時態和數的變化。
三、祈使句的句型：
1. 動詞原形構成的祈使句
通常省略主語 you，謂語動詞用原形。否定句由 don’t 或 never 開頭。祈使句的句首或句末有時加 please。
2. let 構成的祈使句
由“Let + me/us/him/her + 動詞原形”構成。這類祈使句往往用于請求允許（let us）或提出建議（let’s）。
