形容詞的比較級（2）
上一模塊我們學習了單音節形容詞和部分雙音節形容詞的比較級構成形式和比較級句子的表達方式。那么，還有部分雙音節和多音節形容詞，它們的比較級是如何構成的呢？也是在詞尾加-er 嗎？不是的，一般這類形容詞的比較級是在其前加 more 構成。例如：
1) Football is _________ than baseball in most countries.
在很多國家，足球比棒球更流行。
2) Nothing is _________ than playing tennis.
沒有什么比打網球更令人愉快的了。
3) It’s ________ to practise in winter (than in summer).

副詞
英語中的副詞該如何使用呢？應該放在句中的什么地方呢？一般來說，副詞主要用來修飾動詞、形容詞、副詞或其他結構。例如：

昨晚網球賽后我真的很累。

注意副詞與形容詞在位置及功能上的不同，試比較：

不難發現，副詞修飾動詞時通常出現在行為動詞（實義動詞）后，而形容詞通常位于系動詞之后或名詞之前。
