動詞后面添加 ing，一般有三種常見的情況：
(1)在動詞后面直接添加，如collect→collecting，play→playing等；
(2) 動詞去掉最后不發音的字母e，再加ing，如：ride→riding，dive→diving等；
(3)重讀閉音節結尾，動詞雙寫最后一個字母，然后再添加ing， 如：
swim→swimming，run→running等。
動詞ing形式在句中一般有什么作用
一般有兩種作用：
1、表示現在進行時態的需要。
2、動名詞形式。
在本課like doing sth … 句型中需要用到動名詞形式。
